Phone for sons blood test results and told to book an appointment as there’s concerns about his kidneys.so no sleep worrying.when you finally get to see the doctor he is always 45 minutes late every time you you go He said nothing to worrying about his kidneys are fine.the nurse or receptionist read it wrong

My father ordered a repeat pescription for multiple medication and was told the doctor wanted to review his inhaler so he booked the first available appointment (over 2 weeks) he explained he would run out of some of his other medication before the appointment and was told nothing I can do by the receptionist. He has been to the surgery 5 times to try and get the medication he has run out of but been turned away every time. Absolutely disgusting it is medical neglect. He has the other medication for a reason. He has a bulge in his main artery and has run out of his warfrine which he was prescribed for this. I also used to be a patient at this surgery but changed recently due to poor service.

The Standard of care at the Clinic has become very bad, it is very difficult to book appointments when needed urgently. The reception staff are rude and very unhelpful they need to learn people management skills. Wrong or no advice given by them when booking appointments. Takes forever in the mornings to get through by telephone and when you do eventually get through all appointments are gone.

I started ringing the surgery at 7.55. I did not get through until 8.30, where there was no appointments left, this is the only way of getting an appointment with my Dr. i have rang most mornings to get through to not getting an appointment. i also did not agree with the receptionist asking me what is wrong. As i think this is private and confidential.

I needed help to make an appointment and decided to present at the clinic in person as it's so difficult to get through on the telephone, due to this Practice being so busy. The receptionist was efficient, courteous, kind, and professional. Thank you West End team.
